What happens next?

Those that you selected to receive your enquiry will view your event requirements
and respond appropriately. Those unable to meet your preferred response time will
receive your full RFP enquiry / email via an automated fax to ensure your enquiry
reaches its destination.

You are notified via email each time your enquiry has been responded to. You can
sign in at any time to check the progress of your RFP enquiry and read the short
response comments and check to see if your email enquiries have been 'opened' and
read.
- Some venues or services may 'decline' your enquiry e.g. due to unavailability; those
that 'accept' your enquiry will contact you directly via your preferred method of
contact.
