Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne has recently appointed Justin Phillips as General Manager of the hotel. Mr. Phillips will lead the 4.5-star Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens, which is centrally located in Melbourne’s CBD opposite the historic Flagstaff Gardens and next to Queen Victoria Market. The hotel features 184 stylish guest rooms, and contemporary dining at HQ’s on William Restaurant and Bar. Justin joins the Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens as a multi-awarded senior Hotel Executive with experience across many cities in Australia and Asia Pacific. He was previously with the Radisson Hotel Group as General Manager of the Radisson Resort Fiji Denarau Island, establishing that Resort as the #1 preferred Hotel on TripAdvisor in 2008 and 2009 in the market. He has previously worked with well-known global hospitality groups including Hilton Worldwide, Accor Asia Pacific and Regent Four Seasons.

David Pereira has travelled the world between London, Melbourne and Scotland since the early days of his career with stints at the great Gleneagles Scotland, Crown Conservatory and Le Meridien Melbourne, and Michelin star Cavaliers and Rowley’s Restaurant in London.
David has worked in many of Melbourne’s top hotels and with many great chefs including Liam Tomlin, Dietmar Sawyere and Russell Armstrong. “I have taken the best from all the Executive Chefs I’ve worked for, and I Melbourne, 25 February 2019 combine the freshest available ingredients with my favourite cuisines to offer a modern international style that is appealing to the contemporary global traveller’’ says David Pereira.
