Service Description
Balloon Aloft Australia is the oldest and most experienced hot-air balloon operator in the country. We have won several tourism awards for service and reliability, having been in the business for over 27 years. We fly at sunrise, every morning, weather permitting. We cater for small or large groups of people in each area we fly (Sydney, Hunter Valley, Canberra, Gold Coast).
Each flight is followed by a traditional champagne ceremony, and each participant receives a personalised flight certificate. All of our pilots are highly experienced and we carry the mandatory insurance policy (the same as an airline). We are known for our service to our customers, our safety, and our attention to detail.
