Located in Xintiandi, the residences are adjacent to Huaihai Zhong Road, known as the "Champs Elysees of the East".  They overlook Shikumen architecture housing stylish designer boutiques, galleries and restaurants offering residents a glimpse of the area's quaint alleyways and tranquil waters of nearby Taipingqiao Park.
