With 18 years experience and numerous culinary awards; Eureka 89's Executive Chef Renee Martillano joined Eureka 89 in 2011. After tasting what the Melbourne food scene had to offer she joined the team at Eureka 89, excited by the prospects of what this multi-faceted venue had to offer.
