The Peninsula Beijing offers 1,300 sq m (14,240 sq ft) of versatile meeting and event space, providing the flexibility for every type of event from intimate meetings to lavish galas.

The Grand Ballroom is an exceptional setting for both, private parties and business events. With its stylish design and sophisticated ambience, this impressive space can accommodate up to 600 guests in a variety of configurations. For smaller events and meetings, the ballrooms can be divided into separate sections. There are 11 additional function rooms with built-in screens to serve as break-out rooms. The Business Centre, adjacent to The Grand Ballroom, provides one boardroom, one private office and four semi-private work stations.
